iPhone: the free built-in Measure app (use the Level function). Android: Simple Inclinometer (free). Both measure joint angles in degrees.
When one side of your body moves differently than the other. A 10°+ difference is a meaningful injury risk flag. Most athletes have asymmetries they don't know about.
RED means your current ROM puts that technique's required positions beyond your safe range. It's not forever — with your prescribed Rx, RED techniques can become YELLOW and eventually GREEN.
